Spartan Matthew ONI Log 5259 Sep 16th-An ONI underground base has been researching Banished AI IRATUS. Spartan B212 Earl and Spartan G223 Diana have been watching IRATUS during a test to see what happens if a Spartan is given an AI chip with IRATUS in it.
